Sales & Production Achievement Annual Celebration 2025–26

We are pleased to share that our company recently organized a Sales & Production Achievement Celebration to recognize the collective efforts and dedication of our entire team.

After a considerable gap, this event brought together employees and management to celebrate another successful year. The financial year 2025–26 has been a remarkable milestone for us. During this period, we successfully commenced production & supplies aligned with 400kV Line requirements, marking a significant technical advancement.

Our performance this year reflects strong growth:

  • Production increased by approximately 13–14%
  • Sales recorded an impressive growth of around 23%

These achievements are a direct result of the hard work, commitment, and teamwork of our employees.

During the event, the management also expressed satisfaction over the steady order flow for the current year and encouraged everyone to work collectively towards achieving an additional 10–15% growth in the coming year.

As a token of appreciation, the company announced distribution of company T-shirts to promote unity and identity.

The program also included a special Employee Recognition Ceremony, where:

  • Employees with outstanding attendance were honored department-wise
  • Recognition was given to employees who progressed from Unskilled to Skilled roles, highlighting growth and learning within the organization

To further encourage performance and engagement, new initiatives were introduced:

  • Quarterly Best Attendance Awards
  • Employee Referral Rewards
  • Best Suggestion Award for valuable ideas contributing to company improvement

Looking ahead, the company also announced plans to expand operations with the introduction of Solid Core and Hollow product manufacturing, opening new opportunities for growth.
