Disc Insulators
(Normal/ Conventional)
Profiles are designed with 320-330mm Creepage Distance for use in temperate climates and reasonably clean areas with low to moderate Pollution levels.

Profiles are designed with deeper or more complex ribs, providing a creepage distance of 370-380mm to serve as a intermediate solution for use in moderately contaminated areas to perform efficiently.

Profiles are designed with deeper or more complex under-sheds to achieve a significantly longer Creepage Distance of 430-475mm to combat surface pollution. An optimized physical profile that prevents the formation of a continuous moisture film.
Pin Insulators
Pin Insulators are designed with petticoats or skirts that have mechanical strengths of 5 kN and 10 kN, with Height to provide maximum dry arcing distance and varied creepage distances to meet pollution requirements for use in Power Distribution & Sub-Transmission lines from 11kV to 33kV to support and insulate Conductors on utility poles. Pin insulators conform to national and international standards.
Post Insulators
Post Insulators are modular designs cemented with metal caps and pins. They can be used as single or multiple units, allowing them to be stacked vertically to achieve higher voltage ratings and creepage distances.for indoor and outdoor applications upto 33kV systems. Post Insulators conform to national and international standards.
LT Insulators
LT Pin and Shackle Insulators are fitted on low voltage overhead lines to fix the conductor to poles and in the distribution system. LT & HT Guy Strain Insulators are designed to isolate guy wares from pole-mounted electrical components, enhancing safety & preventing power leakage.
